The 5th Akwesasne Art Market is a proud production of Akwesasne Travel and the SRMT Office of Economic Development. Since the first artists' showcase in 2022, our community celebration of Indigenous creativity has drawn thousands of visitors. The one-day market creates a local economic impact of more than $330k.
Several artists participating this year have shown their work at markets, exhibitions, and galleries throughout the United States and Canada! We're proud to showcase their art here in Akwesasne.
Immerse yourself in the creativity and connection that makes Akwesasne so special! Find more details at www.akwesasne.travel and watch behind-the-scenes clips of artists Elisha King, Kelly Back, Carrie Hill, and Karhatiron Perkins.
