Job Title: Business Development Officer Ref Code: 2014/006
Location: Lagos

Job Purpose
• The Business Development Officer has full Accountability for the Sales & Commercial process associated with all Training and Manpower Development and Software Sales and Services.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Head of Marketing on all Training Activities and Software sales and Services
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Training Activities and Software sales and Services.
Organize regular product line presentations and other sales and marketing training events.
Establish and implement creditable business strategies in line with the product line.
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the Line Manager to meet business requirements.
Liaise with the Otk business development focal points with regards to all new Training and Software opportunities.
Initiate contact and continuously networking with potential customers.
Carry out market surveys and establish business opportunities to meet targets.

Qualifications required:
• Degree in any Engineering discipline
Experience and Skills required:
• A minimum of 2 yrs experience in an Oil & gas role, preferably Drilling and Completions Operations.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills (Both Oral and Written).
• Competency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience in all Drilling products and services.
• Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of drilling & production operations including rig systems.
• Good Surface and Sub-Surface Understanding of Oil/Gas Field Development.
