We had a wonderful time serving our coffee at The Last Green Valley Taste of the Valley event today. Being just a roastery (not a cafe), actually serving folks coffee is not in our wheelhouse; but we rocked it! Our ‘Last Green Valley’ medium roast (brewed hot), and our Guatemalan, Italian roast as a cold brew - served to 150, fully stoked people. Everyone was happy, mission accomplished! ☕️

Also, new product alert… in addition to the Quiet Corner NEMBA NEMBA dark roast, we now have the The Last Green Valley TLGV medium roast in stock as well.
Proceeds from both of these coffees are donated to the non profit, environmental organizations they are in collaboration with. Cobble Classic Bike Shop is located at 95 Front St. in Putnam CT. Stop in, say hello. Pick up some FSC coffee, support outdoor initiatives, and Stay Stoked!
Both roast levels are available in whole bean and ground. ☕️

FSC x TLGV coffee!
Introducing our latest release, a beautiful Full City, medium roast - crafted from certified organic, Honduras beans. This coffee is in partnership with our friends at The Last Green Valley . A portion from every bag sold will be donated directly to TLGV to help support their outdoor initiatives. The Last Green Valley Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving our natural landscape while supporting conservation, agriculture, and outdoor recreation. If you enjoy good coffee, buying produce at a local farm, or an epic hike through preserved forests; this one’s for you!

FSC coffee is now available at Cobble Classic bike shop in Putnam, CT. We’re currently offering our NEMBA (New England Mountain Bike Association) dark roast. These are beautiful Mexican beans, roasted to right around French roast levels. Smooth and complex, with big chocolate notes. For every bag sold, FSC will donate a portion of the sales straight to Quiet Corner NEMBA for local trail work.
More offerings coming soon, but for now… if you like dark roast, and you enjoy pedaling a bicycle; this one’s a win. Drink coffee, Ride bikes…

FSC coffee is now available at Cobble Classic bicycles located at 95 Front St. in Putnam CT.
We’re launching with our NEMBA dark roast that we do in collaboration with Quiet Corner NEMBA , because well… it makes sense to sell a bicycle related coffee at a bike shop. Now you can support your local bike shop, while supporting a local coffee roaster; who in turn supports local trail advocacy. That’s a lot of wins! Let’s do this!!!
