With the weather getting hotter it can be tricky to get outside.
Luckily there are a bunch of parks that make it easier & fun to get outside & play

Let's kick off our 4-part series with some parks with water features

Most of these have shaded/semi-shaded play areas but all of them have water.
These are ideal to cool down during the hot weather!

👍TOP TIP:
Bring an extra set of clothes & towel for when the kids get totally soaked (and the will) or
Wait about 10mins for them to bake dry again 😉

⚠️NOTE:
During summer the fountains & water features usually turn on after 16:00 as a water saving directive

Msherib playground however is usually on all day

This was our first vacation in Arica and we were more than excited to spend 3 weeks out of the Qatar heat. We opted for the 2 am night flight directly with Qatar Airways to Zanzibar. Personally looking back I rather not take any more night flights with Athena. While she was very well behaved we got little sleep and then we had turbulences towards the end....
