THE BEST REVIEW RECEIVED SO FAR, FROM THE OWNER OF A FRENCH BULLDOG, NAMED “ Frankie Ciro”
“People say that an insurance company is only as good as the way they handle a claim.
That could be easily extended to any company that provides a service.
For obvious reasons, choosing someone providing a service can be daunting, especially in a market with limited offerings. Sometimes one only has a handful of choices, sometimes maybe just one.
Word of mouth is important and reviews are great, though they don’t necessarily paint the whole picture.
When one needs to transport a pet, the emotional investment is sometimes greater than the financial one. Trusting someone with the life of a family member is hard.
Enter transportanimale.ro.
We contacted them to ship a French bulldog to the US. A difficult breed, with potential respiratory issues, that doesn’t do well in high temperatures.
It’s June and already hot in the northern hemisphere.
Already missed a couple of opportunities, either due to capacity limits or an airline cancelling all transports for this type of dog breeds.
An attempt to ship the dog to an airport farther than our home, but still reasonably close, is canceled by the airline due to excessive temperatures forecast at the destination.
Finally, last resort, one remaining airline that transports to our area has an available spot, days before all flights for these problematic breeds are canceled for the season.
The destination airport is even farther and a nightmare to get to, but what doesn’t one do for a family member...
Here he is, finally, exhausted, but still perky, cute as a button and stinky after more than a day of travels. But healthy and, more importantly, home.
Why the long story? Because a short review of only two phrases doesn’t paint the entire picture.
Anelise and her amazing team were incredibly patient, trying all avenues and always responding promptly, even on weekends or holidays.
Understanding the implications and the time constraints, they bent over backwards to ensure that they can find a suitable flight so that our family member can get to his destination.
In spite of the obstacles and restrictions, they found a way to accommodate us and we couldn’t be happier.
Needless to say, I would not hesitate for one second to recommend their services to anyone. As I type, the dog is snoring in the background, a constant reminder that he would not be here with us today if it weren’t for the outstanding group of friends at transportanimale.ro.
