Our Wilton team proudly partnered with NAMEPA (North American Marine Environment Protection Association) for our annual beach cleanup at Veterans Memorial Park in Norwalk.

Together, we collected 70 lbs (32 kg) of trash while helping protect the local marine environment, strengthen our community connections, and raise environmental awareness.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and made a positive impact. Great job, team!

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives on enhancing safety, advancing technical excellence, and supporting crew wellbeing, while strengthening our collective effort across the industry.

The first Strategic Board of Directors Meeting (BDM) of 2026 was successfully held at our Singapore office on July 9.
As the inaugural strategic BDM under our new management structure, it sparked highly productive discussions on key challenges and strategic initiatives that will drive our continued progress and growth.

Our Bogotá office team recently came together for a team-building hike in the mountains of Bogotá, reaching an altitude of 3,200m.

The 5km hike was a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit, enjoy the outdoors, and highlight the importance of staying active and prioritizing well-being.

Following the launch of phase 2 of our long-term management plan, MOLCT Blue Action 2035, briefing sessions have been successfully completed across our global offices.

These face-to-face sessions provided employees with valuable insights into the strategic direction and key initiatives. Our CEO, Ichida san also joined several sessions, engaging directly with employees and sharing perspectives on the company's future direction.

We strengthened global alignment through these sessions, reinforcing our shared commitment to achieving the goals of Blue Action 2035 as One Team.

• Connecticut Maritime Association Education Foundation – Supporting the next generation of maritime professionals through educational programs and opportunities that benefit maritime academies and students across the industry.
• Stew Leonard III Water Safety Foundation – Advancing water safety awareness and education to help prevent childhood drowning and promote safe aquatic activities.

Our team, led by our CEO, Tomoaki Ichida, recently visited the LBC Tank Terminals in Rotterdam to observe the facilities.
During the visit, we were lucky enough to encounter a rare sight: two of our MOLCT vessels berthed right next to each other! 📷
