Headline: Official Statement Regarding Ongoing Investigation Support

We would like to share an update regarding a recent cooperation with local law enforcement.

This afternoon, officers from the Public Security Bureau visited our office to conduct an investigation involving one of our Singapore-based clients. The investigation pertains to the printing of unauthorized materials (allegedly involving anti-government or extremist religious content) by a seized printing facility.

Our Board of Directors has fully cooperated with the authorities by:
• Providing relevant shipment and contact data from our system.
• Assisting with official statements at the police station to facilitate the investigation.

OOPS remains committed to operating within the legal framework of all jurisdictions where we serve. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards the distribution of illegal content and will continue to support the authorities in ensuring public safety and legal compliance.

Important Shipping Update (Continued)
===========================
The war in Iran continues, and global fuel prices remain unstable. This has led to further operational adjustments:
Singapore Couriers (Air & Sea): Rising fuel costs mean that some last‑mile deliveries now carry a fuel surcharge. At present, we are absorbing these charges to minimize the impact on customers.
Courier Redelivery Policy: Free redelivery is no longer available. Customers are strongly advised to ensure recipient information is complete and accurate to avoid failed deliveries and additional costs.
Freight Efficiency Measures: Consolidation of cargo above 2 CBM remains encouraged, with reduced freight rates helping offset rising delivery expenses.
We remain committed to supporting our customers during these challenging times and appreciate your cooperation in adapting to these changes.

📢 Regulatory Notice on Import Restrictions 📢
=================================
In accordance with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, the following items are strictly prohibited from import into Singapore, including but not limited to:
- Meat
- Pork and lard
- Rice
- Eggs
- Seafood
Furthermore, pet food is classified as NParks-controlled goods and may only be imported from Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) approved sources.
⚠️ Please be advised that any goods found in violation of these regulations will be detained by Singapore Customs.
❌ There will be no refund or return of such goods once detained.
We urge all customers to comply fully with these requirements to avoid enforcement action.

Important Shipping Update
===================
The ongoing war in Iran has now lasted for more than two weeks, and fuel costs continue to rise. Starting tomorrow, air freight shipments with sensitive cargo transiting via Hong Kong will inevitably require an increment of CNY2/kg, starting from tomorrow.
At the same time, the sharp increase in diesel prices in Singapore has significantly raised the delivery cost for LCL sea freight. To improve efficiency and reduce the number of delivery trips, we have decided to LOWER the freight rate for shipments above 2 CBM. This adjustment is designed to encourage customers to consolidate more cargo per shipment, helping everyone manage costs more effectively.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support during these challenging times.

Notice on Shipment Compliance
=====================
On 16 March, one of our air freight consignments was detained by China Customs after prohibited items — specifically living organisms — were discovered within the cargo.
We wish to remind all customers that our company maintains a strict prohibition on the shipment of living things, including but not limited to animals, insects, and plants. Such items are not permitted under our service scope and contravene both international shipping regulations and Singapore’s import laws.
Importing living organisms into Singapore without proper authorization can result in severe consequences, including confiscation of goods, financial penalties, and restrictions on future imports.
For the protection of all stakeholders and to ensure smooth logistics operations, we urge customers to comply fully with these regulations and refrain from including prohibited items in their shipments.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to safe and compliant shipping practices.

🚨 Urgent Shipping Notice 🚨

Singapore fuel prices continue to surge — diesel has now reached $3.30 per litre.
Due to the Iran War and the Strait of Hormuz blockade, major fuel companies have warned that starting next week, diesel supply may be rationed to 500 litres per day per company. This means half of our last mile deliveries trucks and vans could be unable to operate.
⚠️ We urge all customers to ship goods immediately.
Air freight fuel reserves are already running low worldwide, and freight rates may double soon.
👉 Please arrange shipments as quickly as possible to avoid disruption and higher costs.
