Mode of Delivery
Normal Mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly if the parcel is too big Singpost postman will send to your doorstep. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on
your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Per item $1.50
Subsequent item additional $0.50
Registered Mail - Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office or you may also request one time free redeliveryfrom Singpost. Per item $1.50 + $2.30
We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail by normal postage. We strongly recommend customers to use Registered mail
Order Lead Time
No minimum order required. After payment verified, goods will arrive within 1-3 working days for InStock Items
After payment verified, goods will dispatch within 7-12 working days for Pre Order Items. Refund / Exchange
Full payment refund if the item is out of stock. We will take 5-7 working days to process the transaction. An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected*
Strictly for one to one exchange (same design and same color) unless out of stock. Cutting issue is not considered as defected item. Defect item / wrong item photo must send to us within 5 days after we sent out your order. We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee
