Bangkok Flight Services was honoured at the Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence Awards 2026, organized by Suvarnabhumi Airport to recognize organizations with outstanding service development initiatives as well as individuals and teams whose dedication to service excellence has helped create positive experiences for passengers and airport users. The ceremony was held on 24 July 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Sustainable procurement is an integral part of our environmental commitment, reflected in the use of recycled and sustainable materials throughout our operations. Our corporate uniforms are made from recycled PET bottles, while our Cargo operations utilize recycled cargo plastic sheets, plastic pallets and shrink wrap. We also procure environmentally friendly consumables, including recycled trash bags, A4 paper sourced from sustainably managed forests, tissue products containing recycled pulp and water-efficient hygiene amenities.

We consistently make responsible purchasing decisions and are committed to sourcing and procuring recycled and sustainable products that support a more sustainable supply chain while reducing environmental impact across our operations.

BFS is honored to receive the Outstanding Large Enterprise for Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) Implementation National Level 2026 from Thailand’s Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation in recognition of our Passenger Service CWIE program.

This achievement follows our earlier recognition as the Outstanding Large Enterprise for CWIE Program Implementation Network Level 2026 (Eastern) by the Eastern Cooperative and Work Integrated Education Network (ECEN).

At BFS, CWIE is more than an academic partnership. It is a strategic initiative that connects education with industry, nurturing future aviation professionals while supporting the sustainable growth and long-term development of Thailand’s aviation sector.

On 22 May 2026, BFS proudly received the 1st Runner-Up Award in the “Drive D Mai Mee Don” Safe Driving Campaign Video Contest organized by Suvarnabhumi Airport at the Airport Operations Building (AOB).

Our animated video, created under the concept “The Power of A Safety Buddy”, highlighted safe driving practices on the airport ramp and the importance of colleagues reminding, supporting and looking out for one another to help create a safe working environment.

This achievement significantly reflects our continued commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and reinforcing safety awareness across all operations.
