13 years ago today. If you’ve ever been to Mogollon and seen the big culvert through the middle of town this is why. After the Whitewater Baldy fire the rains came. One person died because tried to drive out of town right as the flood happened. They found his car down the canyon a ways and his body was down by Alma. It was a mess for a long time.
