It’s kind of wild to think that my own need to understand and share my health journey would one day lead me to share my lived experience with congressional offices at the United States Capitol.

So grateful to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) for amplifying patient voices and creating space for us to share our lived experiences. Honored to serve as an ambassador advocating for the more than 100 million Americans living with asthma and allergic diseases, and excited to continue this work.

Had the best time last week creating space for creativity with my first Crescendo Creative Colony Event. The Writers Retreat + Workshop went so well and the energy in the room was excellent. I’m already putting together the 2026 schedule!
