The Free Art Project The Free Art Project is music, visual arts, performance arts, poetry, and collaboration of creative individuals occurring monthly at various locations

It all started September, 2013 with the creating and distribution of free art in the city streets of New York, Boston, and Portland as a act of kindness and social experiment. This lead us to question "what is art?" We help to define art in these Free Art Project Events, recruiting incredible musicians, artists, performers, writers, poets and much more to express their individual means of expressi

on as a form of art. The way we see it, expression by anyone is a form of art! We create a space for freedom of expression!

have you checked your local milkweeds lately?
those orange dots will soon be butterflies!
next monday, the 29th, there will be the last open mic at PopAllston (9Pm---midnight),
in celebration of this vast space lets fill it with our ideas, creations and ourselves
if anyone wants to set up work or other then come on over a bit earlier (2-7) monday
