Selling this really great little plane. The aircraft is not airworthy at this time, but going through maintenance. Selling as is as I am on east coast and aircraft is on westcoast.
Purchased this aircraft as a project and now have purchase another plane and putting forth attention towards it.
This aircraft has been under continues service since January 2022.
Completed the following work:
Installed Tailbeacon ADSB Out, tires and tubes, overhauled brake masters and calipers, installed new pads, aircraft replumbed with all new plumbing for fuel system. Inspected for 100 hour inspection now complete, installed fresh propelled, installed Gibson cylinder and power assembly, installed fresh accessories, installed KX-155 Nav/com and CDI/Slope, gone through airframe for inspection and replaced hoses, wiring, installed STCd stainless battery box on firewall, serviced landing gear struts with seals and mil 5606 and nitrogen, serviced engine oil, new hardware on plane, serviced fuel tanks and wet tested with fuel, no leaks….. and the list goes on. Aircraft still requires some more work, engine run, sign off, and sone other things, and progress is being made every day as it is in continues MX. last flown in 2017.
