Peachtree center has been praised for its modern architecture unique design that doesn’t mean it can’t still be disorienting to those that rely on a GPS to get around. In addition to it’s newest housing of retail, dining, residential and assorted professional businesses boasts a history as long standing as Atlanta itself. Used 1926-1987 as the Atlanta hub of Sears, Roebuck & Co. Before that it’s babbling brooks and streams became known as the “fountain of youth” to be named after Ponce De Leon, intended to strengthen the connection to what doctors would now consider an unsubstantiated claim to health rooted in the need for sunshine and relaxation. It has also played host to a theme park, baseball stadium, train station and farmers market. central location and deep historical ties make it an interesting place to deliver to with remnants of its past featured as design features in its newest iteration. .

Originally laid out in a cohesive grid system, Atlanta over time became increasingly difficult to traverse. A mash up of one ways, cut through streets and opposing directionality... City planning makes all the difference and Atlanta has undergone multiple “overhauls” to our former grid system that make even the most experienced drivers head spin, we love the history and even the difficulty associated with delivery service here in Atlanta, huge thanks to for the flow of information about urban planning, history and architecture.
