Caregiving your parent can be one of the most meaningful — and hardest — jobs you’ll ever do. 💛

This week is National Family Caregiver Week, and I want to share a bit of my own story about what it was like for me to care for a parent living with dementia. It’s emotional, exhausting, and deeply humbling.

One thing I’ve learned? You cannot — and should not — do it alone.
