Turnaround Time
Nearly all of our orders are custom, that means that we don’t make it until you order it. The standard TAT will be 21 days to ship for custom items. Unless otherwise Specified during purchase or sale. Many items will ship MUCH faster, but this will allow us room to maneuver given we are a family operation and we know that life happens. As we get busy making orders these timelines will adjust as needed to fit the needs of the business and our consumers. Shipping/ Delivery

RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
We are a primarily custom shop, as such we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items once production has begun, which is considered immediately after receiving a paid invoice. However, If we make an error with your order we will do what we can to make things right.
