The Ladies spend their last day in Quartzsite before heading back to Mississippi. On their way back, they visited Fort Bowie National Historic Site! They ended their epic Quartzsite and American Southwest road trip at my Wife's favorite campground: LeFleur's Bluff State Park in Jackson Mississippi. While in Jackson, our daughter got a chance to see former Vice President Kamala Harris!

I spotted this beautiful 1974 Volkswagen Type 2 Westfalia/Camper setup at the Water Valley Watermelon Carnival car show. I had to get a picture and imagine sitting at a lake or beach, looking out at the water.

Our July 22nd-24th trip to Roundabout Oxford RV and Waterpark in Oxford, MS, was a prefect end of summer trip for our grandson.

We finally visited the beautiful luxury RV park 30 miles from our home. It was the perfect place to camp because it was close enough to work and church while still being able to enjoy the amenities of the park in the evening.

A few of the most memorable moments were relaxing on the lazy river, riding bikes around the park, meeting new people, playing Uno with new friends, good food, and making lasting memories with our grandson.
