Responsibilities:

✅ Scheduling and dispatching transportation trips
✅ Answering phones and assisting clients professionally
✅ Coordinating with drivers, facilities, and healthcare providers
✅ Managing trip logs, invoices, and documentation
✅ Data entry and maintaining accurate records
✅ Assisting with billing and administrative duties
✅ Monitoring daily transportation operations
✅ Problem-solving and ensuring on-time service delivery

Qualifications:

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
✔ Transportation, healthcare, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred but not required

Yesterday was all about celebrating a few of the amazing women who help keep our businesses moving every single day. 💇‍♀️💖

I took two of our incredible female team members to get their hair done. Some may say it’s not conventional, but that’s okay with me. I believe in showing appreciation in meaningful ways. When people show up day after day, work long hours, stay loyal, and give their all, they deserve to feel valued, appreciated, and beautiful.

Whether it’s driving for Eazy Medical Transportation or serving our customers at Honey Bay’s BBQ, these ladies put their hearts into everything they do. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

Loyalty goes a long way with me. Hard work goes a long way with me. And taking care of the people who help build our dreams means everything to me.

I’m beyond grateful for all of our team members. We work hard, but we believe in celebrating each other even harder!

The Eazy Medical Transportation had a “team outing” last night after a long day of transporting our valued members all day with comfort on wheels combined with care you can trust!

Our skilled team of drivers went from Gurnee to Milwaukee to Lindenhurst and Lake Villa and more!

The pizza and Italian beef’s were so delicious and bursting with flavor! A gem in our community with excellent food and reasonable prices.
