Shasko Team Logistics has been a proud independent Landstar agency since 1984 — built on relationships, discipline, and Mutual Success. That means we lead with Landstar’s exclusive Business Capacity Owners — professional owner-operators who are fully qualified, performance-driven, and personally invested in every load they haul. Backed by one of the nation’s largest trailer pools and the strength of the Landstar network, we bring both horsepower and accountability to the table. We believe in three simple principles:
Do the right thing. Do your very best. Show people you care. You get one accountable team. Real communication. Real solutions. No excuses. As independent business owners backed by a multibillion-dollar transportation leader, Landstar, we combine flexibility with proven strategy — supported by Landstar’s technology, pricing intelligence, and national capacity strength. From everyday truckload to complex, high-stakes project freight, we bring discipline, grit, and teamwork to every shipment — just like we have for over four decades. One Team. One Standard. One Goal. Mutual Success. Let’s move freight the right way.
