We’ve received quite a few repeat questions re. Gnomes lately so we thought we’d take a minute to share some Gnome FAQ! Along with a pretty cute pic of Kinley- Head of Quality Control and Gnome’man’s Land- where all the magic happens.
Q: How do I order?
A: Simple! Just send us a message on Instagram or Facebook, letting us know what you would like to order and we’ll take care of the rest! You can also email us at [email protected].
Q: Do you have gnomes available to purchase today?
A: We try to get ahead of things prior to launching a new gnome by having inventory but they go FAST! Most gnomes are made when you place an order and will, typically, be shipped in 4-5 days. Great things take a little time. 🥸
Q: Do you do custom gnomes?
A: While we love a good creative challenge, we don’t typically do fully custom gnomes because we buy materials in bulk. We’re always happy to do small customizations to make your gnome special tho- ie. beard color, hat length, etc. If there is something specific you would like, include it in your gnome order message and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If you have a fabulous idea for a new gnome, always feel free to share. We love hearing what you’d like to have available! Some of our fave gnomes have been requests from friends!!
Q: Is it possible to have TOO many gnomes?
A: Despite what your husband or significant other says.. NO! There is a gnome for every occasion and room in the house. They bring joy and are the protectors of space. ALL THE GNOMES!
Q: What is a group of gnomes called?
A: A gang of gnomies!
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: Our two main forms of payment are Venmo (-rideout) and PayPal ([email protected]).
