Job Title: CDL Class A Driver (Local & Out-of-State)

Location: Benton City, WA

Company: RLR TRANSPORTATION

Are you an experienced and reliable CDL Class A driver looking for a local opportunity? We are a family-owned, federally regulated business based in Benton City, WA, and we’re looking to hire a dedicated and responsible driver to join our team. Before reaching out beyond our community, we want to give the local talent the chance to apply!

Responsibilities:
• Operate a flatbed truck, handling both local and out-of-state loads
• Secure loads using tarps, straps, and other equipment
• Be able to carry 50lbs
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Perform basic mechanical tasks, such as replacing headlights or windshield wipers
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Occasionally stay out of town for the night, though we strive to get our drivers home regularly

Requirements:
• CDL Class A License (required)
• Clean driving record
• At least 2 years of driving experience preferred (but all applicants with less experience are welcome to apply)
• Strong reliability and responsibility
• Must pass drug screening (We are a federally regulated company, so candidates must pass a drug test and be subject to random testing under the Clearinghouse program)

Schedule:
• Sunday night through Friday operations
• 34-hour reset at home

Compensation:
• Pay rate is negotiable based on experience and insurance requirements
• RSI Bonuses available for qualified drivers
