Wow. This is hard. Last week I posted a picture of Lola on her 12th birthday. Over the weekend she got sick and I took her to the vet and her bloodwork was pretty bad. They scheduled an ultrasound for today but Lola had her own plan... as usual. She was really bad this morning - unable to walk - breathing was really raspy - she laid down outside and when I went to get her she couldn't walk. I carried her inside and she died a bit later. SO LOLA to do things on her terms. Tony (the other RR in the family) is moping around and quite sad. We will miss her terribly... 💔💔💔💔

OK OK OK - it's been a minute since I have been on here - long story short - I MOVED! As most of you know - I move people for a living - well my own move was a NIGHTMARE!! There were extenuating circumstances but I do have a new respect for client's having a hard time with the move. I am officially a Valley Boy!! Sherman Oaks to be specific. It's slowly coming together and I think the dogs are even feeling more at home. Speaking of which - it was LOLA'S 12th BIRTHDAY on the 23rd and I was trying to get a pic with her in front of the beautiful roses in my yard and this is the sequence of how that photo shoot went... starting with her avoiding the camera or looking bored so then she thought she would just give me a big kiss and somehow I got the kiss mid LICK!!!
