Also if you don't explore the lush greenery in Epcot's Japan pavilion, you're missing out. It's absolutely gorgeous up there. So after you hit up Mitsukoshi, take a minute to take in the detail (and shade!!) of the rest of the Japan pavilion.

And since we're on the topic of Epcot, tell me your favorite hidden gem (or simply your favorite thing) in Epcot!
