Disney World in the Summer heat... it can be done and you CAN DO IT! ☀️🔥

Pictured here is July and May over the past year. I did all the parks in July and took no big mid day break- but paced myself with my team, stayed hydrated, used cooling towels, and tried to time indoor rides/lunch and shows during the hottest hours of the day to stay cool. If you can take a break and bead back to your hotel for a little break/ swim and nap... big help with the little ones and then you can head back to the parks for a night cap all refreshed and ready to go! May with my family we planned a mid day sit down lunch and Bibbidi Boutique to kill time inside and this worked out SO good! We even missed a 8 minute downpour .. ha

Yes it is quite hot in the height of the summer/ Its Florida! But if you strategically plan your days as best as you can, and dress appropriately, bring an insulated water bottle, and have all the popsicles and cold treats then you will be okay! Don't forget to also utilize AC filled baby care centers in every park! Great place to take a moment away with littles

You can ask for a free cup of ice water anywhere in Disney!
If summer is the only time you can plan a family trip, don't let the heat deter you... it will be a beautiful time and also bring a poncho- you never know in Florida! ☀️🤷🏼‍♀️🌦️
