We’ve all seen the headlines. Single-use plastic pollution doesn’t just impact our environment it impacts our biology and health. Emerging research has found microplastics throughout the human body, crossing the blood-brain barrier and ending up in our brain tissue and reproductive organs. Research has linked microplastics to endocrine disruption, developmental problems, cardiovascular issues, and other health issues.

We’re joining the national shutdown.

At Soapply, we believe in human rights and the power of individual actions that add up to make an impact. Tomorrow, we will join the nationwide shutdown of businesses and commerce in opposition to the current immigration enforcement tactics by our government and the fatal shootings of two US citizens by federal agents in Minneapolis. We are an American company. Soapply was founded in the US and is formulated, crafted, and bottled in the US. We’re unbelievably proud of the amazing, diverse Soapply community that looks a lot like this country and makes Soapply what it is.

As we pause business as usual, we’re reminded that in so many ways the health of each of us depends on the health of all of us.
