bought RBI’s first tractor and trailer in 1997. Since 1997, Robert Bearden Inc. has strived to meet and exceed its customers' expectations with unparallel service, ease of doing business, and a first-class operations and driver team. This philosophy has allowed us to grow rapidly from one tractor and trailer to over 200 tractors and 660 trailers. In October of 2002, a new 5,500 square foot office

building was built in Cairo Georgia’s Industrial Park in order to accommodate RBI’s growth. In August of 2004, Robert Bearden Inc. addressed its rapid growth again and opened a 13,000 square foot maintenance facility in Valdosta, GA. In 2009, Robert Bearden Inc. started a refrigerated division with 20 new 53' SpaceSaver Reefers with goals to grow in the Southeast Region. Most recently, in 2012, Robert Bearden, Inc. became a 100% Employee-Owned Company. In addition to our 401K with matching contributions, drivers can now earn stock in our company that goes towards their retirement. Throughout our history we have continued to make strong investments in technology including GPS tracking on all tractors and trailers, full EDI capabilities, and Auxiliary Power Units on all tractors. With our unparalleled commitment to service and investments in technology we are positioned for future growth and we will continue to strive to be the premier carrier for the Southeast Region.

Today RBI had the pleasure to present our Ultimate Road Warrior, Michael Bonaparte with a custom hat as a token of our appreciation. Michael has received our Ultimate Road Warrior Award each and every month for the past 22 months straight. To be named an Ultimate Road Warrior, a driver must drive at least 3000 miles during the month, have no speeding incidents reported from Speed Gauge, have no critical events reported from their trucks, no accidents or incidents, and no violations or citations. Basically, an Ultimate Road Warrior has to be SAFE and do things RIGHT. It is a significant accomplishment to receive this award for a month, but to receive it consistently for 22 months straight is an astonishing achievement. We THANK YOU Michael for your commitment to Safety and making RBI great!
