Exciting News for Caldwell Executive Airport (KEUL)! ✈️🏗️

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Charlie mill and replace project!

Thanks to federal funding through Airport Improvement Program 44 and Infrastructure and Jobs Act 43, our runway and pavement infrastructure have received vital upgrades to ensure safe and smooth operations for years to come.

A special thanks to our airport engineering consultants at J-U-B Engineers for their outstanding management, and to Idaho Materials and Construction (IMC) for their hard work—finishing the project a full week ahead of schedule! 🎉

Most importantly, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of our airport businesses, pilots, and users for your patience and cooperation throughout this period. Thank you for helping us keep Caldwell flying high! 🛩️✨

As Caldwell Executive begins the anticipated final week of construction on Monday, 21 September, 2026, there will be a few changes to access for certain areas of the airport.

✈️ Caldwell Executive Airport Update: Taxiway Charlie Project ✈️
Please be advised of temporary routing and traffic changes starting Monday, September 21, 2026.

🚧 Gate 5 & Taxiway Charlie: Paving trucks will be exiting through Gate 5. For everyone's safety, a ground flagger will be directing traffic at the A5 and Taxiway Charlie intersection for a 4-to-6-hour window. Please follow all ground instructions.

🚧 Midfield Aviation Access: The temporary asphalt on the east side of Midfield Aviation is being removed. During the final days of this project phase, access to Midfield will be restricted to a single one-way route (in and out) via the north-south taxi lane from Gate 4.

Those users situated to the East of Midfield Aviation may need to access Taxiway Alpha East of A5, taxi West on Alpha to A3. Maneuver south around the General Aviation ramp and back around to the West side of Midfield Aviation with access off the North-South taxi-lane at Gate 4.

Thank you to all our tenants and pilots for your continued patience as we work to improve our airport infrastructure! Please plan accordingly and fly safely.

Please reach out to the EUL office with an questions: 208.459.9779

Attention EUL.

The contracting company is opting not to pave today and will plan on completing the two intersections for Phase 1 on Tuesday, 08 September and mark the taxiway Tuesday evening. Then move into Phase 2 on Wednesday.

Notice Number: NOTC5147

TO: Aircraft Owners and Operators, Engine Overhaul Facilities, Engine Maintainers, Engine Manufacturers

SUBJECT
This Service Bulletin describes a potential cracking problem in specific lot numbers of Tempest® Spark Plugs manufactured between May 5, 2026, and July 29, 2026. ✈️ Caldwell Executive Airport (EUL) Improvement Project Update
The City of Caldwell and Caldwell Executive Airport are pleased to announce the start of a federally funded pavement rehabilitation project on portions of Taxiway Charlie (C), one of the airport's oldest paved surfaces. This mill and replace project will improve safety, reliability, and long-term operational efficiency for airport users.

🚧 Project Details
Location: Taxiway Charlie, Caldwell Executive Airport (EUL)
