We have been busy the last couple of days. Yesterday Ashley and David fished a full day with Ron, Ryan and David fished a full day with Cobb, and Sandra did a half day fly fishing trip with Caleb. Fishing wasn’t the best yesterday but everyone caught fish and those who wanted took home nice limits.

Today Dan and Jim fished a half day with Cobb, Dena, Jennifer and Ransom fished a half day with Ron, and Matt, C**t and Cannon fished a mid-day trip Caleb. Fishing was much better today and everyone decided to catch and release which, other than a sore lip, the trout appreciated. It was a pleasure meeting Mitch and his wife when they rented a boat for a couple of hours to see the sights.

And the AGFC ran the stocking raft from Norfork to Calico Rock stocking another 4000 rainbow trout.

We love when the AGFC use the stocking raft, it spreads the fish out. From Calico Rock to Mt Olive they stocked 2400 rainbow trout and from Mt Olive they were planning to stock another 2000 rainbows.

Tuesday morning update. Yesterday’s rain on the Buffalo River caused parts of the Buffalo to have flash floods. The result is rising and dirty water her.
