📌 What do you like most about working at Reindeer?
The people and team environment are great. Everyone is willing to jump in and help when needed, and the fast-paced nature of the work keeps each day different and interesting.
📌 What’s something an outsider wouldn’t know about the industry?
A large part of the job involves proactive problem-solving and adapting quickly when plans change. Communication and organization are just as important as logistics and transportation knowledge, since even small details can significantly impact timelines, reporting, and the customer experience. There are also many moving parts behind the scenes that people do not see, especially when it comes to tracking, coordination, and reporting. Success in this industry depends heavily on strong teamwork across multiple departments and partners.
📌If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would love to travel to Israel and the surrounding areas because of the rich history and culture. Experiencing places that have shaped so much of world history firsthand would be fascinating. The mix of historical landmarks, ancient cities, architecture, and diverse cultures would make it a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

To me, “real.personal.service.” means treating every customer interaction like it truly matters, not just completing a task. It is about being responsive, reliable, and ensuring customers feel heard and supported throughout the process. It means building trust through communication, follow-through, and attention to detail, while recognizing that every customer and situation is different. In logistics, where things can change quickly, great service comes from staying proactive, transparent, and solution-focused.
