We are pleased to announce that Neology, leaders in back end digital infrastructure for tolling, parking and vehicle enforcement services, has acquired tapNpay.

TapNpay will be part of the Neology division called neoRIDE, which provides payment services that includes transponders (toll tags).

Over the last few years, we have built tapNpay to be one of the leaders in alternate toll payment, allowing untagged drivers to use toll roads in many states, and pay on their mobile phones using messaging (SMS).

Combined with neoRIDE, we now can offer many more payment options and add many more features like parking, car wash, and other services that have the ability to read tags or license plates. We can’t wait to see what the next few months bring for both our commercial and consumer customers!
