POV - Love, Love, Love ATELIER Playa Mujeres. I have toured and stayed at hundreds of hotels in my thirty plus years as a professional travel advisor, but few have impressed me like this hotel.

✨I recently spent time at the resort, thanks so much to sales/weddings manager Cecilia Alvarez for spending time with me, lunch was simply delicious(my gluten allergy was no problem). There are so many unique event spaces throughout the resort.

POV- as a destination wedding group specialist and honeymoon planner, one of the most important details for clients is making sure they know where/ how to find their airport transfers.

✨for many of my honeymoon couples and destination weddings, it is common for the bride and groom plus a good majority of wedding guests to have brand new passports, they have never gone through the process of clearing immigration and customs and then trying to figure out where to find their airport transfer to their resort, so my job is to explain the logistics of the process and to partner with Amstar DMC in destination.

✨after a long day of traveling, finally arriving in Cancun, exiting the building and seeing the smiling face of an Amstar representative is such a relief. From there they are shown where to go to get the vehicle that will take them to their resort, with a cooler of drinks and free WiFi.

✨love guest check-in was repositioned closer to the rooms

✨love the new coastal-chic room decor -all 424 rooms and suites were completely redesigned.
