5 push ups
10 air squats
1 farmers carry lap of 100 feet
** every round add a farmers carry lap.
** farmers carry weights need to be vastly different for each hand. Switch as necessary.

5 dead lifts @ 80% first :30
5 burpies second :30
#5 DL may be dropped if all 5 are done as an unbroken set.
