RATE NEGOTIATION/LOAD PLANNING
When we contact brokers about available loads, we work to negotiate the top rate to maximize your pay. We will use our industry-leading market research in order to negotiate the best rates. We work to minimize your empty miles by locating freight and booking loads that best match your carrier/truck profile.
NO CONTRACT
We understand the difficulty of running your own business and because of this, we do not lock you into a contract.
DISPATCHING
We promise to provide you with a dedicated dispatcher 24/7. We will be there with you every step of the way. You will NOT be forced to transport any shipments that you do not want. It is our job to pair you with loads that best suit you and your needs.
CREDIT CHECK
We run credit checks on all shippers/brokers/freight forwarders every time and before any paperwork is signed.
INVOICING & PAPERWORK
We can complete the paperwork while you focus on driving. We complete rate confirmations, bill of ladings, contracts, forms, and broker/shipper setup packets. We will send and receive documents while you do what you do best – drive.

- Copy of Client’s Carrier Authority (MC Permit) and/or DOT #
- Copy of Signed W-9 Form
- Copy of Insurance Certificate
- We require $100,000 in Cargo and $1,000,000 in Liability
