NEW RELEASE!!! 🍍🍍🍍

An IPA with modern processes to achieve the ultimate tropical experience in a glass. We first gave it a clean and slightly fluffy malt bill then layered it on with Sabro Incognito and BRU-1 hops in the boil with an addition of .nz. Furthering enhancing the pineapple experience with pineapple infused Sabro for dry hopping. All ending with an incredible strong pineapple expressing yeast developed with our friends at .

End result? The most incredibly rich, non-sweet, pineapple IPA we could’ve possibly imagined. Extremely tropical and sessionable

With our 12-year anniversary around the corner, I’ve been thinking about how we are going to celebrate and thank all of you for your continued love and support! And I realized, one very important aspect of our continued success—which hasn’t really gotten the recognition it so greatly deserves—is our fabulous distributors and their tireless reps that come weekly with new beers, ciders, mead, liquors or old familiars that we haven’t visited with in a while.

One of the hardest parts of my jobs is not buying ALL of the things presented by these hardworking folks who represent YOU hardworking folks. They seek out some of the finest liquids and bring them to our fine city and state, along with all of the hardworking folks making the delicious liquids!

The relationships with our distributors have played an integral part in us being able to make it this far, and we are going to celebrate them!! We are kicking off this series next Tuesday, August 29, to celebrate A.J. Maka Distributing. They started in 2014 with a mission to bring the best beer and meads found in the U.S. to the great state of Illinois!!
