Chicago Metro Friday Night Lights Chicago Metro Friday Night Lights is a monthly event that brings together Chicago area crossfit athletes for a night of friendly competition.

FNL will be hosted at a different box on the first Friday of every month. Host boxes will determine the workouts, logistics etc. All athletes from all area boxes are welcome and there is no cost or registration requirement.
