We announced that we’re now offering Griego mouthpieces a few weeks ago, but today we’re focusing on the Griego Classic Trombone/Euphonium Mouthpiece.

The Griego Classic 4 and 5 are excellent options for euphonium players!

These are large shank models that are available in both NY (standard/medium weight) and Decco (heavy weight) blanks.

Here’s a quick sizing cheat sheet:

▫️ Choose the Griego 4 if you prefer a slightly larger cup diameter (⁠1.020"⁠ / 25.90 mm) that allows maximum air flow and a huge, dark core in the low register.
▫️ Choose the Griego 5 if you want a smaller cup diameter (⁠1.004"⁠ / 25.50 mm) with a rounded rim contour built for endurance and singing high-register clarity.

Both have a .280”/7.1 mm throat.
