FEES: There is no charge to become an Azure Standard customer. For orders under $50, a small $5 order fee will be added for handling. HOW OUR AZURE DROP WORKS: Our delivery/drop day is always scheduled on a Monday as long as weather permits and there are no mechanical issues with the Azure delivery truck. On drop day, I receive a phone call from our Azure driver confirming the drop time. I then call or text each member who placed an order and confirm with them the projected delivery/drop time, which is usually 1pm. Our drop location is on Susan A. Williams Way (a short stretch of road off of Marketplace Dr., just west of Pizza Hut). Please plan to arrive at the drop location a few minutes prior to the scheduled drop time so we can join together and help unload the truck as soon as it arrives. If you're not physically able to help unload the truck or need help loading the items into your vehicle, that's no problem at all, someone is always there ready to assist. If for some reason you are not able to make it in time to pick up your order, please let me know as soon as possible and I can either wait with your items for a short time (10 minutes), or take your items home with me and we can then schedule a time for you to come pick them up.
