At Poole Trucking we also take the extra steps to keep our drivers happy by : Providing a competitive pay rate based on a percent of each load, We strive to keep clean, safe and a variety of different equipment to work with, and we offer a comparable benefit plan. All Drivers are required to have a current DOT physical, class “A” CDL with No restrictions, good work ethic and must pass a FMCSA pre-employment drug screen.
