-All orders must be PAID in full BEFORE I start working on it...No exceptions.
-Orders can only be paid via PayPal, Cash app, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Facebook Pay or cash
-Once cup is started, it is NON REFUNDABLE
-My turn around time is 1-2 weeks
All orders are made uniquely and due to them being handmade some small imperfections may be expected (specs of
glitter on a solid cup, an air bubble) these defects will not compromise the quality and use of your cup.
-All my tumblers are sealed with FDA compliant resin. Resin takes a glass like consistency when cured therefore if dropped on a hard surfaces your tumbler may shatter, break, or ruin your design, which can not be fixed but I can redo your tumbler. Please follow your tumbler care card instructions to ensure your tumblers lasts a long time.
-There is a fee for redos and may take longer due to the fact that I have to strip the tumbler of all materials and start over. Plus Shipping cost if I have to ship it out.
-To order your tumbler simply message me with your idea or reference (I can not replicate someone else’s work 100% but I will do my best do come close to it)
-I have over a lot of different glitters,
If you have pictures of the exact colors you would like feel free to send them to me so I can match them. If I need to order special colors or other supplies, it may add time to the completion frame.
-Once the tumbler has been delivered or picked up, there is a 24 hour time frame to find any issues with your cup and return it for me to fix. If your tumbler is shipped and it arrives damaged, message me within 24hours of delivery with clear pictures of the damage, so I can file a report with USPS and I will gladly redo your cup.
