Magnet for Metal LLC Magnet for Metal LLC is metal recycling, hauling and cleanup business. Established in 2006 it has recycled nearly 2.5 million pounds of metal to date!

Joel Zeni, a student at Oregon State University, created Magnet For Metal LLC in 2007 to help clean up tree farms that did not want to deal with the hassle of recycling metal. To date, Magnet For Metal LLC has recycled over 2.5 million pounds of metal and cleaned up hundreds of sites. Along with hauling and collecting scrap metal, Magnet For Metal has expanded into hauling rock, picking up dump sites, hauling firewood and transporting other various items.

Ten years ago I set out on a mission to pay for college by recycling metal that I could find in the willamette valley. That goal was accomplished and so much much! However today Magnet for Metal hauled its final load. It was not an easy decision but my wife and I would like to thank our three amazing employees for there tireless efforts in making this company grow from one small pickup to a hotshot outfit traveling the pacific to deliver freight!
