Living in East Tennessee is truly a blessing like no other! 🌄✨
From the rolling hills and majestic mountain views to the peaceful mornings and incredible community, there is no place we’d rather call home. Buying a house in the absolute prettiest part of Tennessee feels like a dream come true, and every single day we are reminded of just how thankful and lucky we are to lay down roots right here. ❤️
Our biggest flex is our children’s lives look so different than ours did at their age. & that’s always been the goal. No matter how long it took us to get to where we are now, we got there. No village. This has been the most peaceful part of our lives. Sometimes the best decision you can ever make is choosing your own peace.
Moving away was more than just changing our address, it was about creating a fresh start and establishing a quiet, grounded life for our home. We’ve learned that protecting our energy and focusing on our own little family is where our true priority lies. We aren't looking back, reopening old doors, or trying to fix dynamics that were never built to support us. From now on, our time, hearts, and energy are fully dedicated to our own little circle. Here’s to peaceful spaces, clear boundaries, and building a life filled with genuine love and intention. ✨🌿

Never. They’re treated better by total strangers. & that’s okay. We consider the sources. If you was never a good parent to your own children- we don’t expect you to be good grandparents to your grandchildren.

Cades Cove is gorgeous.

Historic cabins. Beautiful mountains. Wildlife everywhere.

Also apparently ghosts, strange noises, weird encounters, and enough high strangeness to make you reconsider that peaceful little evening drive around the loop.

Love is like a butterfly, as soft and gentle as a sigh...🦋✨

Stopped by the courthouse square in downtown Sevierville today to bring a little butterfly to our mountain queen. Standing here by her statue, surrounded by flowers, candles, and so much love from our community, the weight of her passing really hits home.
Dolly gave so much of her heart to these mountains and to the entire world. Leaving this little butterfly felt like sending a piece of our gratitude right up to her.
Thank you for the music, the magic, the literacy, and for showing us all how to love bigger and shine brighter. You will always be our Smoky Mountain wildflower. Rest sweet, Dolly. 💛👑
