Orientation
Available every week Mon - Thurs

Sign on Bonus
CPM + Activity Based pay
Quarterly Safety Bonus $0.01 - $0.04 cpm
Pay Period - every Friday
Solo Drivers - ($500 Sign on Bonus - Solo Drivers) + (3months/$0.35cpm – 6+years/$0.47cpm Rates vary based on experience) + (Activity Based Pay) +(Quarterly Safety Bonus – credit for all single miles)
Team Drivers - ($5,000 Sign on Bonus – Team Drivers) + (CPM - Rates vary based on OTR experience for each driver) + (Activity Based Pay) + (Quarterly Safety Bonus = one-half of all miles)

Out 1 week & Home 1 day (usually a 34 hour reset)

Operates within the Mid-West Region including Lower WI, Lower MI, IA, MO, IL, IN, OH, and KY
Equipment: Kenworth, 2016 to 2019, T680s, all auto-shift, and governed at 65mph

-Qualifications-
Must have Class “A” CDL
At least 3 months OTR experience within the last 6 months
Immediate Disqualifiers: No Discharges, No illegal drug usage in the last 12 months, No drug screen failure or Refusals in last 12 months, No DUI, DWI, or BAC within last 3 years, Cannot be on Probation or Parole, or have any unpaid or open tickets - unless driver can provide proof that the ticket was paid, driver is making payments, or recent tickets are paid as soon as it is available to be paid.
