Client cancellations are disappointing, because being hangs-on is super fun, but a cancellation on a cold Dallas day just means more time to educate myself on making my business better so that I can be *the best* professional organizer out there 👩🏼‍🎓👩🏼‍💻👩🏼‍💼 (tea and candle for zone optimization; not pictured: jazz background music, space heater, essench-oil diffuser...this is my kinda “office”😉)

Who else doesn’t want to pack up Christmas decor + dishes + wrapping stuff?? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ Did you know that decor pack up is one of Tamed Domain’s services?? Neat, huh? Do you ever feel stuck? Are you constantly spinning your wheels only to create a deeper trench? Are you giving it all you got on the gas but with no forward momentum and mud flying everywhere, only worsening the situation? If you find yourself in this situation, call me! 112 books y’all. That’s how many books my client purged yesterday. She told me that she had been wanting to do a book purge for 2 years! Can you imagine the space she gained by letting go of all of this stuff?! I totally respect that possession-purging may be emotional and likely will involve making difficult decisions. Launching Tamed Domain has been super fun and full of lots of twists and turns (mostly the amusement park kind - wheeee!). But the “baby bird” that is the website has been...well, slower than I had hoped to spread its virtual wings and fly away into cyberspace. The little hatchling may have experienced failure to launch on the first try, but to that end it is with even a greater degree of giddiness that I can now officially announce that the 👏🏻 eagle 👏🏻 has 👏🏻 landed 👏🏻!
