Come join United Transport, now hiring Owner Operators for OTR and Regional positions. We have loads for power only, van, re**er, flatbed and auto haulers are welcome as well. Amazon routes may be available to you after your first 3 months. Enjoy 75% of each load you haul.

75% of each load
Monthly Gross $12,000. - $28,000. (Depending on how loads pay and how you run)

ALLOWANCE
Up to $1,750.00 monthly paid to driver
Gas Savings Card available

HOURS
OTR: 14 - 21 days out (preferred)
Regional: 5 days out, 2 days off
Semi Local May Be Available: Home multiple times a week

REQUIREMENTS
Tractor and trailer preferred (power only available)
Must have truck able to hook up to Keep Trucking ELD hardware
One time Keep Trucking ELD hardware fee (keep ELD)
Pre employment drug test/background check fee (reimbursed 2nd settlement)
One time Plate fee
Permits

QUALIFICATIONS
23 years of age
1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years
Must be able to read speak and write in English
Able to pass federal DOT physical and drug screen
Valid DOT Medical Card (we will accept current medical cards with 3 months or more remaining)
No alcohol related offenses in a vehicle in the past 5 years
No more than 2 moving violation in the past 12 months; no more than 3 moving violations in the past 24 months
No DOT preventable recordable accidents within the past 12 months
No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 36 months
No more than 1 preventable accident in last 12 months; no more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 36 months
Serious safety violations will be reviewed on case-by-case basis

This is a 1099 independent contractor job. If you choose to accept, your mission would be to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service. Agents can NOT reside in any of the following states. California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

You will be the voice of the brand for some of the biggest companies you choose to accept, so a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
Upsells to customers as necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience:

You pay a up front cost for background check and course. Once completed successfully, we will reimburse those fees.
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Customer service experience a plus
Phone-related customer service a major plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
Bilingual language skills a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Stellar customer service skills - and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
Ability to use phone and computer systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong listening/comprehension skills
Ability to stay composed and objective
