We have few predefined Packages that allow you to store with us a number of boxes, suitcases or even items like your couch, bed or a bicycle. All our prices are a one time, fixed price for the entire summer period that the university is closed. Once you have selected your package option, you are prompted to select a date for our team to pick up the packages from your dorm.You
are not required to make advance payments online but doing so only guarantees you the best possible rate. The Pick Up
Our team will call you a week before your scheduled pick up date to confirm a pick up time slot. If you need packing boxes we will deliver them that week as well. We offer a complimentary pick up service at no extra cost as long as the pick location is within a 10 mile radius from your university campus. We may be able to pick up items outside of this radius but that will be at an additional cost . Storage
Your items are kept in our highly secured facilities in the Dallas area. We have an around the clock security team and monitoring system in place that make our units very safe. Once again, we offer a complimentary in house insurance on your items while they are in storage with us. We work with scheduled pick up and delivery dates that are set around the universities end and start dates for the semesters; However, we understand in some case you may need your belongings sooner or a bit later and we can make special provision to get them to you as long due notice is given. The Delivery
Our delivery system is just like our pick up service. It comes at no charge to you as long as you select a delivery date that falls into our delivery date window.The delivery location is presumed to be the same as the pick up location unless specified. If the delivery location is within 10 miles of the University Campus, our service comes at no cost to you . Our team will call you or email you as the summer comes to an end to confirm you delivery date otherwise, you are more than welcome to reach us at any given time.
