Top best desks 2022. San Fran is such a great city - so walkable & bikable, so many great little shops and restaurants right mixed into neighborhoods… Every city has it’s struggles but a city with the enormous benefits of supporting micromobility & mixed use neighborhoods is still really rare. Makes me happy just enjoying the symphony of the city from the window. Esp with this killer sunset view!!!

See this tiny building? It’s illegal to build. Most historic downtowns are not able to be built by current zoning codes but even in places with a form-based code, often this tiny building couldn’t be built. Here in Glen Rose it was an ice house.
Follow .design to see how we’re opening the code in cities to allow a little bit of money to build a little bit of building and create wealth for all.

Talking climate change at . Feeling the URGENCY of change.

Bottom line: We need to get to 80% reduction in CO2 emissions within the next 10 years to avoid noxious hydrogen sulphide gas leaching from the oceans a hundred years from now.

There ARE things we can do. Building walkable, bikes Le communities is a BIG part of that. Time to be inspired & act FAST (as Doug Farr put it) We can rise to the challenge together!
