💭 “Disney is expensive.”

I won’t argue with that. But let me share what I tell families:

Ten years from now, you won’t remember what you spent. But your kids will remember:
∙ Meeting their favorite princess
∙ Riding Space Mountain with Dad
∙ The castle fireworks that made them cry happy tears
∙ Ice cream on Main Street USA
∙ Splashing at the resort pool
∙ The character breakfast where Goofy made them laugh

Disney isn’t just a vacation—it’s an investment in your family’s memory bank. And spring 2026 is slipping away fast.

My job? Making sure you get maximum magic for your investment:

💚 Right resort for your budget
💚 Park strategies to see more
💚 Dining worth your money
💚 Tips to save on extras
💚 Planning so nothing goes wrong

You’re going to spend the money anyway—let me help you spend it WISELY.

It’s time to unleash the chaos, friends.
You know that “magical” Disney World vacation that lives rent-free in your nightmares? The one where you:

✨ Waited 3 hours for Space Mountain only to have your kid melt down RIGHT as you reached the front of the line?
✨ Paid $47 for a Mickey pretzel and a bottle of water (okay, slight exaggeration… but is it though)?
✨ Spent the entire trip lost in EPCOT because “it’s just a circle, how hard can it be?” (Narrator: It was hard.)
✨ Booked your Lightning Lanes for the wrong park?
✨ Discovered that “rope drop” is not, in fact, a fun Disney character experience?

DROP YOUR DISNEY DISASTERS IN THE COMMENTS.

I promise I won’t judge (okay, maybe a little), but MORE importantly, I’ll tell you exactly how we could’ve avoided that magical disaster.
Because here’s the thing: most Disney nightmares are 100% preventable with the right planning.

So share your pain. Let’s turn your tragedy into someone else’s triumph. 🎢😅

Unpopular opinion: Sometimes spending MORE on your Disney hotel actually saves you money.

Let me explain.

When Andy, Caliya and I stayed at Boardwalk Club Level, we paid about $200 more per night than a standard room.

But here’s what we DIDN’T pay for:

∙ Breakfast every day ($60/day = $420 saved)
∙ Snacks and drinks throughout the day ($40/day = $280 saved)
∙ Several dinners because the evening appetizers were so good ($150 saved)
∙ The stress of making dining reservations 60 days out (priceless)

By the end of our 7-night stay, Club Level basically paid for itself. And we had the added bonus of a dedicated concierge and a peaceful lounge to escape to.

I’m not saying Club Level is for everyone. But if you’re someone who values convenience and hates the stress of planning every meal, it might actually be the smarter financial choice.

I worked at Disney World and I visit twice a year. I help families figure out where to splurge and where to save based on THEIR priorities - not just what’s most popular.

Can I be honest about something that might be controversial?

Missing a few days of school for a Disney trip is 100% worth it.

When Andy and I went in late January (kids were in school), we walked onto rides that normally have 90-minute waits. We got dining reservations at restaurants that are impossible to book during peak times. We actually ENJOYED the parks instead of fighting through shoulder-to-shoulder crowds in 95-degree heat.

Meanwhile, families who went during spring break paid the same price (actually MORE because of peak pricing) and spent half their vacation standing in lines with exhausted, overstimulated kids.

Here’s what I learned from working at Disney World: the difference between a magical trip and a stressful, expensive disappointment often comes down to WHEN you go and HOW you plan.

I get it - taking kids out of school feels wrong. But here’s my question: what’s more valuable? Three days of elementary school worksheets, or memories your family will talk about for years?

The families I help plan trips during off-peak times always thank me afterward. Less crowds. Lower prices. Happier kids. Better experience.

If you’ve been thinking about Disney but dreading the crowds and chaos, let’s talk. I help families plan trips that actually feel magical instead of overwhelming.

Drop a 🏰 if you’d consider traveling during off-peak times, or comment with your biggest concern about planning a Disney trip. I’m here to help!
