To order a bow you have two options, picture "comments" or personal messaging. You may comment on the bow's picture by being specific with design details such as, "Please add purple fur," or "Please change the second layer to purple instead of gold," or "I want this exact bow," etc. You can also message me personally with any detail of what you would like to purchase. Please specifiy what size bow you are interested in purchasing.....large, medium, toddler. Some ribbons are only available in one size, but we can discuss your options. There are three clip options...large French clips (80mm), medium French clips (60mm), and alligator clips. Please specificy which clip you would like on your bows. Once I check my stock to make sure the ribbon is still available, I will make the bows and send you a message or comment on the picture letting you know it is ready. If you are local (Watson/Denham/Walker/Central) we can meet in a public setting and you may pay me cash or check (local customers only). I also use Paypal or take money orders. If you are not local, I will send you a paypal request that includes shipping cost. The bows will not be shipped until payment is received. I am a stay-at-home mom so life does sometimes get in the way of me completing my orders in the time frame I would like. Generally, if the ribbon needed is in stock, my turnaround is around two weeks. Local customers may specify a date that a bow is needed, and while no guarantees can be made, I always try my best. Please, no returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. Once a bow leaves my hands, it belongs to the client. Providing lots of details as we converse about a bow is crucial in avoiding an unwanted purchase (For example....my daughter is only two and has thin hair, my grandaughter wears bows that are 5" wide and I would like them to be that size, etc.) Happy shopping!!
