How is everybody this Monday evening? our Vice President, Shannon, is getting the blackbird ready for the 54th annual Pontiac-Oakland Club International convention. Hard to believe it’s less than a week away!

Unfortunately, Mother Nature rained on our cruise-in but we still had some beautiful cars out for our June meeting.

Our members are excited and gearing up to get ready to head to Pontiac, Michigan for the 54th Annual POCI Convention hosted by the Pontiac Transportation Museum and Pontiac-Oakland Club International - POCI!

Yesterday we had the honor and the privilege of presenting New Beginnings Northwest Arkansas with a check for $2500 from proceeds from our 6th annual Natural State Show and Shine. We want to thank everyone that supported our show and our many volunteers for helping. We appreciate you so much.

On Friday Richie Lovan, Leigh Shannon Smith, Pat Pickard Smith, and Michael Smith represented Arkansas River Chapter Pontiac & GMC Club of Arkansas as we presented Solomon Burchfield of New Beginnings Northwest Arkansas with $2500 raised by the Natural State Show and Shine.

Those of you who were at the show will note that Thomas, who moved us with his story at the show, was also on hand for the presentation.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the show, and a special thanks to our presenting sponsors Razorback Muffler, Autopark Collision, and Whole Hog Cafe, along with our host Fellowship Fayetteville.
