Vacation Memories ✨

Some moments are impossible to put into words...

This week, we're featuring a favorite memory from our Travel Concierge, Cherilyn:

"Currently, my favorite vacation memory was watching my middle daughter see Cinderella Castle for the first time and hearing her little giggles."

It's a simple moment, but one she'll treasure forever.

SEA DAYS ARE VACATION DAYS

One of the questions I hear from people who haven’t cruised before is…

“But what do you DO all day when the ship isn’t in port?” 😂

Ohhhh, trust me. You will find something to do.

A sea day can honestly be one of my FAVORITE parts of a cruise because you finally get an entire day to enjoy the ship you paid to be on!

Depending on your ship, your day could look like:

☕ Coffee on the balcony with absolutely nowhere you need to be
🥞 A slow breakfast
💦 Pool time & waterslides
🎯 Trivia, games and activities
🎭 Live entertainment
🍽️ Trying another restaurant
🛍️ A little shopping
🧖‍♀️ Spa time
🍹 Drinks by the pool
👧 Kids disappearing into the kids club because they’re having way too much fun
😴 An afternoon nap with ZERO guilt
🌅 Watching the sunset over the ocean

Or…

You can do absolutely nothing.

And that might be the best part. 😂

When I help someone choose a cruise, I don’t just look at where the ship is going. I also look at the SHIP itself, especially when there are multiple sea days.

Because on the right ship?

✨🚢 IT’S GETTING REAL NOW!! 🚢✨

There’s just something about seeing that countdown getting smaller… and then your Disney Cruise Line luggage tags show up in the mail! 😍

🎃 37 DAYS TO GO! 🎃

Our family is officially getting ready to board the Disney Wish for a 4-Night Halloween on the High Seas sailing! 👻⚓️

September 21–25 can’t get here fast enough! Between the Halloween festivities, Pirate Night, incredible dining, Castaway Cay, and everything the Wish has to offer, I am SO ready to be back onboard. 🖤

And yes… even as a travel advisor who plans Disney vacations all the time, getting that little piece of Disney mail still makes me ridiculously excited. 😂💌

The Denler Party is almost ready to sail! 🚢✨

Now the important question…

Is it too early to start packing?! 😂🧳
